Swedish Massage

1 hour $90 – Melt away stress with a relaxing combination of strokes designed to take away your tension.  This classis European massage incorporates relaxing, rhythmic strokes of light to medium pressure and depth.  You will notice improved circulation, muscle tone, joint flexibility, and an overall sense of relaxation.

1 hour $90 – Inclusive of many therapies with emphasis on the soft tissues of the body.  Neuromuscular Therapy aims to restore the structural, functional, and postural integrity of the body.  It alleviates pain, reduces stress and health restrictions, as well as muscle tension.

90 min $130 – This is the best of both worlds.  This treatment is perfect for those who desire the most therapeutic exhilarating massage available.  It’s a perfect blend between therapy and relaxation, and gentle or deep pressure can be used depending on your needs.  A mixture of various styles of “hands free” barefoot techniques to loosen and relax the larger muscles of your body, then advanced Neuromuscular methods are used by hands and elbows that are used for your smaller muscles that need the refined techniques.  This massage is an excellent experience and perfect for all body types.

 1 hour $90 – A more intensive treatment focusing on a specific area of chronic tension or pain.  Similar to Neuromuscular, Deep Tissue Therapy utilizes the use of fingers, knuckles, thumbs, and elbows in a slow, deep fashion to relieve muscle tension.  Deep tissue techniques assist in encouraging the body’s natural healing ability and will help in reducing chronic pain, increasing range of motion, increasing relaxation, and decreasing stress.

1 hour $100 – This treatment is customized to your mood and energy level.  Pure essential oils refresh and soothe the body, while helping to induce a state of total relaxation.  Can be added to any massage session as well.

1 Hour $170 – You and your partner will enjoy a blissful hour of massage for a healthy body and soul at our Spa.  Two therapists perform this massage in tandem for an hour.  Swedish massage strokes are used to loosen tired muscles, relax the body and bring peace to the mind.  All individual massages are available for a couple’s massage session as well.  Please request the type of massage you and your partner prefer if other than Swedish.  Perfect for couple’s, friends, family, and associates!

$40 – Similar to acupuncture, this therapy instead uses fingers or cups on the pressure points along the meridians of the body to unblock energy channels and allow energy to flow freely.  This treatment can be applied by itself or added to a session.

1 hour $90 – This signature massage is a combination of several styles, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, and Shiatsu, each tailored to address specific needs.  We incorporate warm compresses and Vera Spa’s signature essential oil blends.  This massage creates an amazing sensory experience that can be relaxing, uplifting, and detoxifying, all creating balance within the body.

30 mins $120 – We incorporate our hour Swedish massage with 30 minutes of our Deep Tissue Specific Massage.  You’ll feel relief of your specific problematic area, while still feeling the soothing effects of a relaxing Swedish massage.

$110 – Heated basalt stones glide over your body, heat radiates deeply into the muscles to provide stress reduction, deep relaxation, and relief from physical pain.  Therapists use the stones as an extension of their hands and also gently place them on the body’s energy points, including hands, in-between toes, and along the back.  As you are massaged with these stones, the warmth and smoothness of the stones induces a deeper level of relaxation.

90 min $130 – Thai Massage is more energizing and rigorous than more classic forms of massage.  Thai Massage is also called Thai Yoga Massage, because the therapist uses his or her hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches.  Many people say Thai Massage is like doing yoga without any work.  Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment.

30 min $60 – Neuromuscular therapy is designed to treat specific problem areas.  Inclusive of many therapies this technique manipulates the soft tissues of the body; it aims to restore the structural, functional, balance of the nervous system, and postural integrity of the body.  It alleviates pain, reduces stress and health restrictions, as well as muscle tension.

30 min $60 – An incredible way to bring relief to your tired feet and legs.  Your session starts with a relaxing herbal foot bath, followed by a divine massage of the lower legs and feet, providing release of tension, and promoting circulation and rejuvenation.  Walk away with the tingle of pure bliss…as if you were walking on clouds!

30 min $60 – This upper body specific massage relieves tension and loosens tight muscles in the back, neck, and shoulder areas.  Perfect for those experiencing tired, achy muscles and headaches that have a limited amount of time.

60 min $90 – A therapeutic massage designed specifically to treat the mother-to-be.  Relieves the discomforts and stress that comes with pregnancy.  This massage can only be done during the 2 and 3 trimesters.  Doctor’s consent may be required for some pregnancies.  A special table is used to allow you to lay face down with support of your growing abdomen.  Enjoy a complimentary rose petal foot soak prior to your massage.

Packages and gift certificates are non refundable, non transferable, and are applied to (1) per person unless otherwise stated. No shows are non refundable on pre paid services and spa packages and will be deducted from pre paid sessions.
